  • Start The Massage

You need to apply the perineum massage oil to your clean hands. Place one or both of your thumbs about 1 to 1 and a half inches inside your vagina.

Press your thumbs along the back wall of your vagina towards the anus. Don’t press too hard; you only apply enough pressure to feel a stretch.
